- Regular size meal prep is 4 oz. of meat, veggies and a side.
- Large size meal prep is 6 oz. of meat, veggies & bigger sides. (If you would like extra large meals (6 oz. Of protein & bigger sides) go back to “meal prep” a choose “Large weekly prep meal”)
- $13 per meal if you order 1 – 9 meals
- $12 per meal if you order more than 9 meals
- $15 per large meal if you order 1 – 9 meals
- $14 per large meal if you order more than 9 meals
- Place your orders by Friday
- Pick Up in the store 12 – 7 pm on Monday
- Meals (beside wraps & salads) are freezable.
